Ingredients for
4 persons:


10 pcs. Eggs

Salt White pepper

150 ml cream

150 gr. flour

1 tsp baking powder

12 pcs. onion wild onions

200 gr Silgen catfish

1 tbsp butter

Beat the eggs with salt and a little white pepper to a froth, work with the cream, flour, and a teaspoon of baking powder.


The chives are coarsely chopped, and the catfish fillet is chopped and then added to the mass.


Bake in a greased baking tray at 160-170 degrees, if possible, with an air stirring function, for about 35-40 minutes.
